We offer refunds to your original payment method on all items returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Returns must adhere to the following:
- In original packaging
- No signs of wash/wear
- No stains/hairs/odours
- Include your filled in returns form
- We reserve the right to return your item back to you if it does not adhere to the above
You must return your item(s) back to us no later than 14 days from the delivery date. We are not currently offering free returns and so the customer is responsible for the costs of sending the item(s) back to us. Once we receive your returned items, please allow 5-7 working days for us to process your return.
In the unlikely occurrence you have received an incorrect item, a faulty item or something is missing from your order please email our customer service team at email@example.com
How To Make A Return
To return an item(s);
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, informing us that you would like to make a return
Repackage the item(s) in its original packaging, ensuring you adhere to the terms set out in our returns policy
Print out and fill in the returns form and include this in your return
Send your return back to our returns address and once we receive and process the return item(s), we will notify you and refund your original payment method to the value of your returned item(s) - (excluding postage)
It may take up to 10 business days for your refund to be credited to your original payment method
*Please note we are unable to offer free returns at this time, and the cost of sending returns back to us is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using tracked shipping when sending returns to us, as we are not liable for returns we do not receive.
